Locking Grommeted Bondage Collar

Overview
This is a unique 1" wide bondage leather collar. The collar has heavy grommets set every inch which are decorative and functional. The collar closes using a locking post and includes the padlock shown and the clip and dee shown. The clip and dee attaches to the collar with a chicago screw so it can be removed to use this collar as a plain choker. This fits necks up to 20" neck. Versatile and affordable! Add some spikes to make your own spiked choker.
